EXPRESS CONSENT FORM FOR COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGES 

With respect to the matters detailed below, I provide my express consent to transfer to the domestic dealers who use the Company's services, franchise businesses, information technology and technical service providers, consultants and business partners of my personal data provided by me to Tunam Unlu Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, including but not limited to the identity data, contact details, legal action data, and transaction security data, due to activities to carry out communications and business processes, for the purposes of 

● Carrying out processes of loyalty to company products/services,

● Carrying out communication activities,

● Execution of customer relationship management processes,

● Carrying out activities aimed at customer satisfaction,

● Execution of customer complaints processes, 

● Providing information to competent authorities and authorized persons,

● Execution of advertising/campaign/promotion/survey processes, and

● Ensuring operational safety of the data controller 

as well as for sending bulletins, promotions, marketing, promotions, surveys, draws, congratulations and gifts prepared by Tunam Unlu Mamüller Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi (the “Company”) operating at Şerifali Mahallesi Atabek Sok. Dilim Börek Apt. No: 11 A Ümraniye/İstanbul as the data controller, carrying out campaign and advertising activities, execution of communication activities, providing me with general and special offers, development of products and services by the Company, ensuring customer satisfaction, conducting analyses for customer complaint processes, contacting me for the same purposes and/or processing through sending commercial electronic messages, without prejudice to my right to retrieve.
